Easy Street Update

Below are some photos of the final stages of Easy Street.  I have really enjoyed the challenge of my first Bonnie Hunter Mystery Quilt and it won't be my last.  I pulled out fabrics last year to start Orca Bay and started the first set of instructions but got no further because other things took over.  I am determined to get back to it soon.

This is where I am at now.  I have all of the triangles done and some of each of the blocks done.  My progress is slow since I went back to work on 2nd January but I will persevere.  I have decided this is going to be a gift for my brother who celebrates a big birthday in February this year ( one with a '0' at the end).  He lives in North East Victoria in Australia.  My sister, who also lives there, is coming home to Ireland for a visit in June so I am hoping she will take it back with her.

If you would like to check out everyone else's progress and different colour schemes please check it out here.

Thank you Bonnie for an amazing challenge and all that you do for us.  Safe travels in 2013 and looking forward to meeting you here in Ireland in June at the International Festival of Quilts.

  1. Hi Annie,
It's looking really good, I am hoping to be able to bring it back to him when I come home in June. Lizzi
