Work in progress on my flying geese.
Some finished. More to do.
2" x 3.5" Black on Whites cut for next step.
2" scrap strips being cut for Bonnie's workshops at the International Festival of Quilts in Galway, Ireland next year. I have booked all three classes as an early Christmas and birthday present to myself.
Almost there.
And so finally finished. I just need to trim the dog ears on the flying geese units but I should have that done by next Friday. I may not be as efficient in getting all my units done over the coming weeks but I am very pleased with my progress so far. I can't wait for the next step. If you would like to see everyone's progress or to get details on Bonnie's mystery you can check it out HERE
You're going to Ireland and taking classes with Bonnie? What a magnificant treat for yourself! Enjoy. Your Easy Street pieces are looking great.
ReplyDeleteHi, no I already live in Ireland so it's only about a 2.5 to 3 hour journey to the venue. I also have a sister who lives about 45 minutes away from there so I can overnight with her. It's an opportunity I cannot pass up. When will Bonnie be in Ireland again???? Also thanks for your kind comments on the Easy Street blocks. I am enjoying it immensely.
